BACKGROUND STORY
Welcome to my writer's site! I'm excited to get started with this side of my writing adventure and so thankful for those of you who have journeyed with me and supported me. Thanks for following, sharing, and ALL of the love!
My life revolves around teaching elementary age students, raising two twenty-something kidults and one teenager as a single mom, and loving, learning about, and sharing what I know about Jesus.
As a writer, I focus on being relatable to a wide range of people through inspirational, Christian nonfiction writing. I am transparent and honest in my approach and want to be viewed as another regular person trying to live the extraordinary life the Lord has blessed me with. My aim is to get real with my readers, to share those deep emotions and feelings we often try to keep hidden away, and to connect all of those things back to a living, loving God. I say to my readers, “I know you’ve been there. I know you’ve felt this way. And I know because I’ve been there, too.”

Exhibiting the fruits of the Spirit and continually pruning and caring for our spiritual fruit garden is paramount in personal growth and reaching others with the Gospel of Christ. They will know us by our fruit.
